Let’s have a sit-down and get on the same page. We’ll discuss your business, the needs and nice-to-haves of a space, what competitors in your industry are doing (or aren’t)... The more nuanced and specific the insights we gain, the smoother the entire process will run.

Site sourcing

If you have a particular site or list of sites in mind for your business, that’s excellent. If you’ve already reached out to those sites’ agents to begin discussions, even better. If you don’t have a site in mind, we’ll find one that fits the brief we’ve agreed upon.

Agent contact

After you've shortlisted potential commercial spaces, we’ll act as your builder in the process engaged to review the space suitability against your brief.

We’ll liaise with agents to understand key details about the property and ensure the space truly meets your needs.

Assessment

Once we’ve narrowed down the final picks, we’ll begin a more comprehensive assessment to determine each site's advantages, problems and risks, and most viable solutions. We’ll give you a detailed breakdown of the site and an accurate idea of the costs it’ll take to bring your intended design to life.

Design and build

Now that you’ve found a site, we can kick the design phase into full gear. Thanks to our report, we’ll know precisely how to maximise the space's functionality and aesthetics. It gets passed on to our construction team to get your permits and get started.
