Is a Sphere fitout the same as an office renovation?
No. Our fitouts are from-scratch builds where we take your existing space and build every detail. If your space is already fitted, we’ll strip and deconstruct it so we can build from the foundations. If you have an office that you like but want to optimise with a few strategic renovations, then our commercial refurbishment specialists have you covered.
Can you help with obtaining the necessary permits and approvals?
Yes. We take care of the entire fitout process, including getting all the necessary permits and approvals. We'll handle all the paperwork and coordinate with local councils and authorities to make sure everything meets the legal and safety standards.
